Dr. Miggiani set up the law offices of M&RK Advocates Malta in 2012 after returning to Malta from Paris where he served as Ambassador of Malta to France from 2009-2012.

M&RK Advocates deals chiefly with international clients in areas such as cross-border corporate and fiscal issues, company registration, taxation and management, immigration and residency matters, company start-ups, corporate management, shipping and aviation.
