Graduated Architect in 1989 and Process Engineer in 1992, I’ve been employed as project manager by
ENGIE (GDF-SUEZ) during 14 years. During this period, I’ve managed Power plant construction
project worldwide. In particular, the second biggest gas turbine plant in the world built in Shanghai in
2012. In 2013, I create AVODA engineering and leave to Iraq to Manage the construction of a football
stadium and LNG storage plant. Since September 2014, I’ve renamed my company for SYSENG Ltd
and established it in Malta. 2018, Creation of ECO-FRENCH-MALTA, an NGO dedicated to
sustainable development and environment. We facilitate relationship in matter of ecological methods
in between French and Maltese companies. In the same way, SYSENG Ltd with partners, French and
Maltese have developed an original leak detection system to be installed on large tank. The system
allows the detection of any leak m²/m² and is a great evolution to prevent environment contamination.
